Architect Suite is a Revit add-in published by the publisher ("we"). This policy explains what information it uses.

Your Revit models

Your models, views, sheets and element data stay on your computer. The add-in never uploads them and contains no analytics, tracking or usage statistics.

Stored on your computer

The add-in saves your settings (settings.json), your trial status (license.json) and, once you activate one, your licence key and the e-mail address it was issued to (license.key) in %AppData%\ArchitectSuite. These files stay on your computer. A licence key is checked on your PC, without the internet.

Update check

About once a day the add-in downloads a small public file (version.json) from this website, hosted on GitHub Pages, to see whether a new version exists. If you allow automatic updates it downloads the installer from GitHub and checks its digital signature before installing it. Like any web request, GitHub can see your IP address; we do not receive it. You can switch automatic updates off in SetupIt.

When you buy

Payment is handled by our payment provider, which receives your card or PayPal details; we never see them. We receive your name, billing details and e-mail address so that we can send you a licence key, an invoice or receipt, and support. We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, and we do not sell or share them.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it (except records we must keep by law), or object to our using it, at any time by contacting us below. Uninstalling the add-in and deleting the %AppData%\ArchitectSuite folder removes everything the add-in stored.
