These terms are an agreement between you and the publisher ("we") for the Architect Suite software ("the software"). By installing or using it you accept them.

What you get

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the software on your own computers, with Autodesk Revit, for your own work. Every download includes a 14-day trial of all tools. After the trial AuditIt and MatchIt remain free; the other tools need a paid licence key.

Licences and keys

A Pro licence lasts one year from the date it was issued and covers one named user, on every supported Revit version on that user's computers. An Office pack or Studio pack gives five or ten individual licences, one for each person; each key is tied to one e-mail address. You may not share a key, publish it, or use it for people who are not covered by your purchase. Renewing means buying a new licence before the old one ends.

What you may not do

You may not copy the software except to back it up, resell or rent it, remove or bypass licence checks, or reverse-engineer it except where the law allows that regardless of this agreement.

Your work

You keep all rights to your Revit models and documents. Every action the software performs is a Revit transaction, so you can undo it. Even so, please keep backups of important projects and test on a copy before running a tool on a live model.

Updates and support

Updates published while your licence is active are included. We give support by e-mail on a reasonable-efforts basis.

No warranty and limit of liability

The software is provided "as is". We do not promise it is free of errors or fits your particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data or lost profit, and our total liability is limited to the price you paid for the licence in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.

Autodesk and Revit are registered trademarks of Autodesk, Inc. Architect Suite is not affiliated with or endorsed by Autodesk.

Ending the agreement

The agreement ends if you break these terms. When it ends you must stop using the software and delete your copies. Sections that by their nature should continue (liability, trademarks) continue.
