14-day refund

Ask within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund the full price, no reasons needed. In the EU and UK your statutory rights are unaffected.

How to ask

Send us your order e-mail address and, if you have it, the order or invoice number, using the contact details below. We usually reply within two working days. Refunds go back to the original payment method and can take 5 to 10 working days to appear.

After a refund

The licence ends with the refund. The software returns to the free tools (AuditIt and MatchIt). Your Revit models are not affected.

If something does not work

Tell us first. If we can fix it, we will; if we cannot, you get your money back, including after 14 days where the software does not work as described.
