What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is lost. Your projects, registers and logs stay viewable and you can still back them up. Creating, issuing and exporting new documents needs a licence.
How do I get my licence key?
It's emailed to you straight after checkout. Paste it into Licence in the app's sidebar. It activates online once, then works offline.
Can the whole office share the same records?
Yes. Point every PC to the same server folder in Company Settings and everyone works from the same registers and logs. Each person using the app needs their own licence.
Does it need Revit or AutoCAD?
No. It's a standalone Windows and Mac app that works alongside any CAD or BIM tool, and stores links to Autodesk Docs, ACC, BIM 360, SharePoint, OneDrive, Dropbox and Google Drive.
I'm moving to a new PC.
Open Licence and choose Move licence to another PC, then activate on the new machine. If the old PC is gone, email us and we'll reset it.
