Licence terms
Last updated: 23 September 2026
These terms are a licence agreement between you and us for the Transmittal Manager software. Transmittal Manager is published by Amine Ben Taieb, Doha, Qatar ("we", "us"). By installing or using the software you agree to them.
1. Licence
When you buy a licence we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to install and use Transmittal Manager version 1.x for the number of users you paid for. One licence covers one named user, who may install it on up to two of their own computers. You may move a licence to a new computer by deactivating it on the old one.
2. Free trial
You may use the full software free for 14 days to evaluate it. After the trial, creating, issuing and exporting new documents requires a licence. Your existing records stay viewable.
3. What you may not do
You may not share, sell, rent or publish licence keys; remove or bypass the licence check; or reverse engineer the software except where the law allows it.
4. Your data
The software stores your records in a database file on your computer or your own server. You own your data. We do not receive or store it. You are responsible for keeping backups; the app includes a backup tool.
5. Updates and support
Your licence includes all 1.x updates at no extra cost. Future major versions (2.0 and later) may be offered as a paid upgrade. Support is by email.
6. Payments
Orders are processed by our reseller Lemon Squeezy, who is the Merchant of Record for your purchase and handles payment, taxes and invoices. Purchases through the Autodesk App Store are processed by Autodesk's payment providers.
7. Warranty and liability
The software is provided "as is". We work hard to make it reliable, but we do not guarantee it is error-free. You remain responsible for checking documents before you send them. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the licence, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Ending the licence
This licence ends automatically if you break these terms or receive a refund. You must then stop using the licensed features.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Nothing in them affects rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your own country.
