Refund policy

Last updated: 23 September 2026

We want you to be happy with Transmittal Manager. That is why there is a free 14-day trial with every feature unlocked before you buy.

30-day money-back guarantee

If the software isn't right for you, email support within 30 days of purchase with your order number and we will refund you in full. No questions asked.

Refunds are paid back to your original payment method by Lemon Squeezy, usually within 5 to 10 business days. When a refund is issued, the licence key is deactivated.

Autodesk App Store purchases

If you bought through the Autodesk App Store, email us with your Autodesk order details and we will handle the refund the same way.
