Transmittal Manager is published by Amine Ben Taieb, Doha, Qatar ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal information we handle and why.

The app

Transmittal Manager stores your projects, drawing registers, contacts and transmittals only on your computer or on a server folder you choose. We never receive this data. The app contacts the internet only when you (a) activate or re-check a licence key bought on our website, which sends the key and your computer's name to our licensing provider Lemon Squeezy, (b) open a link you have saved, or (c) use the optional Notion export, which sends the data you choose directly to your own Notion workspace.

Purchases

When you buy, Lemon Squeezy (our Merchant of Record) collects your name, email, billing address and payment details to process the order and issue your licence. We receive your name, email, country and order details so we can support you. We never see your full card details. See Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy.

Email

If you email us, we keep the conversation to help you. We only send you product emails about your licence or important updates, and you can opt out at any time.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing support. We reply within 30 days.
